Validated Rocky Linux 8.10 CloudStack KVM template promoted on 2026-08-11.
It is based on the official GenericCloud image and reduced conservatively for
KVM VPS use without removing the normal boot, networking, SSH, cloud-init,
QEMU Guest Agent, SELinux, DNF, XFS, logging, time or recovery components.
