The official minimal image was updated and only `qemu-guest-agent` was added. No packages were removed. The final guest contains 315 packages and a fixed 1 GiB `/swap.img`.

Fresh Base, Pro and Ultra instances passed boot, networking, initial root password, SSH-key isolation, hostname, 30/50/80 GiB root expansion, fixed swap, CloudStack datasource, AppArmor, repository access, zero failed systemd units and QEMU Guest Agent checks. Base also passed a reboot test.

## Lifecycle note

Debian 11 LTS ends on 2026-08-31. Keep this template for legacy workloads, show a lifecycle warning to customers and recommend Debian 12 or 13 for new deployments.
